I add two grams of spinach powder to the protein shake, I do it for the contribution of antioxidants, although I would prefer broccoli powder, as spinach contains oxalates, an anti-nutrient that hinders the absorption of calcium. The taste for me is not unpleasant, and less so if you mix it in the shake. The container is the right size to put your hand in and subtract the product, but you always get spinach powder stuck in your hand, solution; divert the product to a pot.

El envase es de tamaño correcto para meter la mano y substraer el producto, pero siempre te queda polvo de espinaca enganchado en la mano, solución; derivar el producto a un pote.
