I use it to mix in tortillas and it's super convenient, especially if your 4 year old daughter doesn't like to eat vegetables but green tortillas.

Good supply of antioxidants
I add two grams of spinach powder to the protein shake, I do it for the contribution of antioxidants, although I would prefer broccoli powder, as spinach contains oxalates, an anti-nutrient that hinders the absorption of calcium. The taste for me is not unpleasant, and less so if you mix it in the shake. The container is the right size to put your hand in and subtract the product, but you always get spinach powder stuck in your hand, solution; divert the product to a pot.
Le echo dos gramos de polvo de espinaca al batido de proteínas, lo hago por el aporte de antioxidantes, aunque preferiría polvo de brócoli, ya que las espinacas contienen oxalatos, un anti nutriente que dificulta la absorción del calcio. El sabor para mí no es desagradable, y menos si lo mezclas en el batido. El envase es de tamaño correcto para meter la mano y substraer el producto, pero siempre te queda polvo de espinaca enganchado en la mano, solución; derivar el producto a un pote.
