It needs to be completed with more things.
I bought 25B for the first time without knowing that there is a 100B format. Maybe 25B to maintain is fine, but to make a good initial repopulation I think it is better the 100B, plus you have to take several prebiotics (resistant fibers), otherwise it will not be very effective, and I think this is not clearly warned.
Compré de 25B por primera vez sin saber que hay formato de 100B. Quizá 25B para mantener está bien, pero para hacer una buena repoblación inicial creo que es mejor el de 100B, además hay que tomar varios prebióticos (fibras resistentes), si no, no será muy efectivo, y creo que esto no se avisa claramente.

A miracle
I have been taking Omeprazole for about 20 years, after trying alternatives to stop it there was no way I have a small hiatal hernia and I have been taking these probiotics for a week, well three days ago I left the Omeprazole and it seems a miracle, no heartburn no reflux and everything perfect I hope this is not a coincidence and I can finally leave the Omeprazole forever.
