I bought 25B for the first time without knowing that there is a 100B format. Maybe 25B to maintain is fine, but to make a good initial repopulation I think it is better the 100B, plus you have to take several prebiotics (resistant fibers), otherwise it will not be very effective, and I think this is not clearly warned.
