Immunity from the gut
Some time ago I understood that immunity resides mainly in the intestine. I have respiratory pathology and since I have been taking care of myself with probiotics and prebiotics I am much better. This probiotic, with specific strains for the respiratory system, prepares me for the lowering of defenses and its complications.
