Immunity from the gut
Some time ago I understood that immunity resides mainly in the intestine. I have respiratory pathology and since I have been taking care of myself with probiotics and prebiotics I am much better. This probiotic, with specific strains for the respiratory system, prepares me for the lowering of defenses and its complications. I take it for maintenance and, in case I need it (when I have to take antibiotics or when I am not taking care of myself so much), I switch to the 100B UFC presentation.
Hace tiempo entendí que es eso de que la inmunidad reside principalmente en el intestino. Tengo patología respiratoria y desde que me cuido con probióticos y prebióticos estoy mucho mejor. Este probiótico, con cepas específicas para el aparato respiratorio, me preparan para las bajadas de defensas y sus complicaciones. With a good preservation the bacteria will remain alive and this will allow them to colonize our intestine in an effective way. This presentation is sufficient quantity for a more continuous and progressive intake than the 100B CFU, which in some people could give slight intestinal problems at the beginning due to a more abrupt change of the microbial population.
