Impossible to know if it is effective. I don't notice anything at all. It is supposed to help the respiratory system. Well, not in my case.

When these probiotics more focused on the respiratory system came out, I did not hesitate to try them because last winter I caught some heavy colds and I thought that with these I would have a little help this winter. But I am sorry to say that no, it has happened to me as with the probiotics I used to take before, that I do not notice their action in my body. And maybe they do work.
Cuando salieron estos probióticos más centrados en el sistema respiratorio no dudé en probarlos porque el invierno pasado cogí algún que otro catarro pesado y pensaba que con estos tendría un poco de ayuda este invierno. Pero lamento decir que no, que me ha pasado como con los probióticos que tomaba antes, que no noto su acción en mi organismo. Y eso que a lo mejor sí que funcionan.

I take probiotics because I have an irritable colon and they help me with my intestinal flora, to regulate it. They improve my condition a lot and help me in times of relapse.
