Good supplement to take intra workout. I combine it with BCAA's and cyclodextrin and it even seems to bulk you up. Good supplement also to take on cardio days in the bottle with salts.

It is quite noticeable from the first week of use, I take it with creatine and increases the volume faster. To take it is better to put the scoop in your mouth and water with a bottle, it has a rather strange texture but no taste. I highly recommend it, especially for long and intense sessions.

I don't have a comparison because it's the first time I've bought it. But as the raw material comes from a registered patent, you can't get a purer product. It delivers what it promises, and HSN seems to be one of the few, if not the only place in Europe where you can buy it so cheaply.
