Effective if you know how to use it

I use it especially in hot weather where excessive sweating and extreme definition means I don't get that pumped effect. Thanks to glycerol I get those pumps.

Lo utilizo sobre todo en épocas de calor donde la excesiva sudoración y una extrema definición hace que no consiga ese efecto bombeado. Gracias al glycerol consigo esas bombas.

Pump and cheap

I bought the glycerol together with other active ingredients for my preworkout booster and it has really noticeably improved my blood circulation. Of course it's certainly a head thing, but I would say that the product works. The price is also important here, HSN is again extremely competitive and also offers the necessary other supps to create a booster yourself

Hab mir das Glycerol zusammen mit anderen Wirkstoffen besorgt für mein Preworkout booster und es hat wirklich spürbar die Durchblutung verbessert. Natürlich sicher auch eine Kopfsache, aber ich würde sagen, dass Produkt wirkt. Auch ist der Preis hier wichtig, HSN ist auch hier wieder extrem Konkurrenzfähig und bietet auch die nötigen anderen Supps an um ein Booster selbst zu erstellen

To be used in moderation

I personally have not ventured as a use in hyperhydration as I consider the thing a bit exaggerated and I was afraid of the consequence, I tested it with the right doses as an addition to the isotonic drink in long bike rides. hard to say if I noticed any difference but a minimum of value can be credited to it. it helps not to dehydrate if you still continue to drink adequately

Personalmente non mi sono cimentato come utilizzo nell iperidratazione in quanto ritengo la cosa un po esagerata e avevo paura della conseguenza, l'ho testata con le giuste dosi come aggiunta alla bevanda isotonica nelle lunghe uscite in bici. difficile dire se ho notato differenze ma un minimo di valore glielo si può riconoscere. aiuta a non disidratarsi se comunque si continua a bere adeguatament
