Good product
I have been taking soy lecithin for many years, more than 20 years, this is the first time I buy it. I use it as a condiment in salads and some other food but I also have the habit of taking it alone one or two teaspoons a day if I do not introduce it in meals. To take it alone, I don't like this brand, I have tried better ones.

La utilizo como condimentos en ensaladas y alguna otra comida pero también tengo costumbre de tomarla sola una o dos cucharaditas al día si no la introduzco en las comidas. Para tomarla sola, esta marca no acaba de agradarme, las he probado mejores.

I really like this way of consuming soy, I usually do it with yogurts or vegetable drinks. This is the first time I buy from HSN, but this one is not genetically modified and for that reason alone I think it is worth paying a little more.
