I love it
I recently started cooking gluten-free with lecithin and I love the product. The lecithin is a little cumbersome to work with because it's a little sticky and it takes time for the grains to dissolve well but it's fabulous. The only thing I wish it was in powder form, which is easier to cook with, but it's as simple as putting the grains through a grinder or in the blender and you get a powder right away. Last time the zip lock came broken, but this has never happened to me before, in general the zippers of the hsn products I have bought are very good.
Hace poco empecé a cocinar sin gluten con lecitina y me encanta el producto. La lecitina es un poco incómoda de trabajar porque es algo pegoteada y a los granos le lleva tiempo disolverse bien pero es fabulosa. Lo único que me gustaría es que fuera en polvo que es más fácil para cocinar, pero es tan simple como pasar los granitos por un molinillo o en la licuadora y enseguida obtenemos polvo. La última vez me vino roto el cierre zip, pero esto nunca me había pasado, por lo general los cierres de los productos hsn que he comprado son muy buenos.
