The best value for money I've ever bought. 1 teaspoon in the morning and another in the evening works wonders for lowering total and LDL cholesterol. An addition I'll never do without.

Good price and quantity of product.

Large amount of product for its price. Being granulated it is difficult to mix well and even to take alone. In my humble opinion it would be much better in powdered form and would be easier to take on its own.

Gran cantidad de producto por su precio. Al ser granulado es difícil de mezclar bien e incluso de tomar sola. En mi modesta opinión muy molida y en polvo rendiría muchísimo más y sería más fácil de tomar incluso sola.

I have tried different brands of lecithin and I'll stick with this one. The only downside is that the packaging would be more practical if it were a jar instead of a bag.
