The best value for money I've ever bought. 1 teaspoon in the morning and another in the evening works wonders for lowering total and LDL cholesterol. An addition I'll never do without.

Large amount of product for its price. Being granulated it is difficult to mix well and even to take alone. In my humble opinion it would be much better in powdered form and would be easier to take on its own.
