If you love sweets for my taste this is the best by far, very sweet taste to date with texture of nuts, the only thing is that half are sugar carbohydrates.

They taste good and help in the refreshments of my mountain bike routes. To put a but is that I would grind the nuts more to facilitate chewing and swallowing. And pity the price, they are a bit expensive.
