Optimum

I use it to change the texture of food on long runs instead of taking so much gel. Very good taste and texture. The only "cons" is that the fiber content is a little high for my taste. Product 10 without any doubt

La uso para cambiar la textura del alimento en tiradas largas en vez de tomar tanto gel. Muy buen sabor y textura. El único “contra” es que el contenido en fibra es un poco alto para mi gusto. Producto 10 sin ninguna duda

Acceptable

It's fine but depending on what you're looking for. For sports performance, I prefer other options. Otherwise good taste and good texture.
