Great for trail running outings
It is a sensational bar to take on my trail running outings. For some time now I try to pull more natural food than energy gels and these bars have delighted me by the taste, texture and composition. At a nutritional level the mixture of dates and nuts give you that shot of energy along with a protein intake to withstand the most demanding runs. Perhaps the price could be a little tighter, although if you get an offer you can get them quite well and, to be honest, the HSN ones are still more affordable than those of other similar brands.
Es una barrita sensacional para llevar a mis salidas de Trail running. De un tiempo para acá intento tirar más de comida natural que de geles energéticos y estas barritas me han encantado por el sabor, la textura y la composición. A nivel nutricional la mezcla de dátiles y frutos secos te dan ese chute de energía junto a un aporte proteico para aguantar las tiradas más exigentes.
Quizá el precio podría ser algo más ajustado, aunque si pillas alguna oferta puedes sacarlas bastante bien y, siendo sinceros, las de HSN siguen siendo más asequibles que las de otras marcas similares.

I was pleasantly surprised with these bars. They taste great and, although their size is not too big, they are quite satisfying as they are rather dense but they are easy to eat, not tiring.
Sorprendida gratamente con estas barritas. De sabor están buenísimas y, aunque su tamaño no es demasiado grande, sacian bastante dado que son más bien tirando a densas pero se comen bien, no cansan.
