The product is good and complies, but I am against single doses for ecology. I only recommend it to stores and gyms.

Good flavor and texture
The bar is very balanced in taste and consistency, easy to open and white in texture. The yogurt-berry flavor is good and not cloying. Undoubtedly a good energy alternative before training or between meals.

A different bar
It is a 100 gram bar with a strong proportion. You have to get used to the taste and even more to the texture. But the theoretical energetic contribution is considerable. It is a bar to consume in several intakes especially during the effort. I have to try it more.
Se trata de una barrita de proporciones contundentes 100 gramos. Hay que acostumbrarse al sabor y aun más a la textura. Pero el aporte teórico energético que tiene es considerable. Barrita para consumir en varias tomas sobre todo durante el esfuerzo. Tengo que probarla mas.
