The carbohydrate intake you need
They provide 56g of carbohydrates per 100g bar. They leave you already very close to the 60-90g range of this supplement per hour of intense exercise. The taste is spectacularly good and the price is unbeatable. The only downside: they are very shattering and you can't take them on the run. You have to stop for 1 minute to take it, but if you are doing a long run and you can stop, they are the best.
Aportan 56g de carbohidratos por barrita de 100g. Te dejan ya muy cerca del rango 60-90g de este suplemento por hora de ejercicio intenso. El sabor es espectacularmente bueno y el precio es inmejorable. La única pega: se desgranan mucho y no las puedes tomar en carrera. Tienes que detenerte 1 minuto para tomarla, pero si estás haciendo un salida larga y puedes parar, son las mejores.
