I take it because of my intolerance to statins plus I don't like their side effects. After 45 days of taking it, LDL (bad) has dropped 10 mg-dl and HDL (good) has increased 15 mg-dl, without any side effects at a dose of 1 tablet a day. It is not spectacular, but it is an effortless added improvement. Recommended
La tomo por mi intolerancia a las estatinas además de que no me gustan sus efectos secundarios. This product did nothing to lower my cholesterol. At least it didn't work very well for me. I took it 2 times in a row and the levels varied. So for me omega 3 does not work better.
