Perfect
It's great. Erythritol is great for making healthy recipes. It has a texture very similar to sugar, granulated. I use it a lot and I love it, it does not taste weird or alter flavor with baking and has a tiny scoop for dosing that is great. And the value for money is very good. I recommend it.
