Very similar to sugar
I especially like that the proportions, texture and properties are similar to sugar, because it is much easier for me to use it in recipes than other sweeteners. Tested with a glucose meter in a diabetic that this product does not raise sugar.

Sweet but not so sweet
Good product, I use it to trick the brain and my children a little, because they like fruit with sugar and what I do is to add erythritol. Less sweetening capacity but it works.

I tested them better
The sweetening power is scarce from my point of view. I have not consumed sweetened things on a regular basis for years, but with this one when I made preparations for other people, I noticed that I needed to pour much more than with others I had tried before. For that reason I will not buy it again, but in terms of taste and granulation it is not bad, it does not give flavor and the granulation is correct.
El poder endulzante es escaso desde mi punto de vista.
Hace años que no consumo de manera habitual cosas endulzadas, pero sí que con este cuando hacía preparaciones para otras personas, noté que me hacía falta echar mucha más cantidad que con otros que había probado antes. Por ese motivo no lo volveré a comprar, pero de sabor y granulado no está mal, no da sabor y el granulado es correcto.
