Just a tip of a teaspoon is enough to achieve a very high sweetening effect. perfect for sweetening particularly sour foods such as Greek yogurt. i do not recommend using it to sweeten small amounts of food or beverages (coffee or similar) because even a tip would be vomiting due to the chemical sweetness

Erythritol seems a somewhat healthier alternative when it comes to sweetening yogurt or coffee. It does not sweeten as much as other products, but at least I am not in favor of sweetening too much, just a little bit.

Excellent product
It is a product that comes very well presented in its hermetically sealed bag. The flavor is sweet but without overdoing it, much less than saccharin. I usually use it to make cakes and it is perfect. The cake I make is the typical banana plum cake with chocolate and nuts. I also take advantage of it and add hsn chocolate with stevia and it is a perfect combo low in sugars and quite healthy.
Es un producto que viene muy bien presentado en su bolsa con cierre hermético. El sabor es dulce pero sin pasarse, mucho menos que la sacarina.
Lo suelo usar para hacer bizcochos y va perfecto. El bizcocho que hago es el típico plum cake de plátano con chocolate y nueces. Aprovecho también y le pongo chocolate hsn con stevia y es un combo perfecto bajo en azúcares y bastante saludable.
