A must-have
I'm diabetic and losing fat, and my mother is also diabetic, but more seriously, this sugar is saving us. Thanks to it, I can combine all my sweet preparations without any risk of hypoglycemia, and my mother can finally eat sweet desserts again without ending up with a hypo either, as she's very, very sensitive to real sugar. Diabétique et en perte de gras, avec une maman diabétique aussi mais plus grave, ce sucre nous -sauve-. J'allège toute mes préparations sucrées, grâce à ca sans risque d'hyper puis d'hypoglycémie et ma mère peut enfin remanger des desserts sucrés sans finir en hypo non plus, elle est très très sensible au vrai sucre. The best alternative
I don't put sugar in almost anything but when I do, I choose HSN's erythritol. It doesn't sweeten as much as sugar but it's all about getting the palate used to it.

Sweeten your life
I don't use sugar or sweetener but to add to a smoothie or chai latte from time to time to enhance the flavor is very good. It is expensive but compared to other places it is better.

Very good product at a very good price
I love this erythritol! You compare it to some supermarket ones and it is much better value for money. Coming in the airtight bag is great for storage. I've made desserts with it and it hasn't changed the texture so it's great.
