It doesn't leave any different taste in the cooking and sweetens quite well. You might want to add a little more than you would use for normal sugar, but not much more. Note, the only exclusion is for making egg jam, for example. If you follow the traditional egg custard recipe and replace it with this, you'll end up with grainy egg custard. You need twice as much liquid as sweetener.

Convém por mais um bocado que se usaria de açúcar normal mas não muito mais.
Nota, a única exclusão é para fazer por exemplo doce de ovos. Se seguirmos a receita tradicional do doce de ovos e substituirmos por isto, vão ficar com um doce de ovos granulado. Precisa do dobro do liquido para a quantidade de adoçante.

The subject of sweeteners and sweeteners is something I have studied quite a bit and erythritrol is without a doubt one of the best. This one is a good price and tastes great. Although it would be great if HSN would come out with a stevia version to replace sugar 1:1. Erythritol has a lower sweetening power.
