Incredible
Essential amino acids are the base of the nutrients that your body has to ingest every day, taking them or not depends on making your body work at 100% or not. Although they are in all the foods that we usually take (in a healthy diet) it is difficult to take them all and in the right measure every day. I have noticed it a little bit, but I am an athlete and I eat very healthy and clean every day. On the other hand, my parents have had a spectacular change in energy, recovery from ailments and physical activity. 100% recommendable for everyone. Now I'm going to try them with my grandmother who is a little sick and I'm sure they are great for her!
Los aminoácidos esenciales es la base de los nutrientes que tiene que ingerir tu cuerpo cada día, el tomarlos o no depende de hacer que funcione tu cuerpo al 100% o no. Aunque están en todos los alimentos que tomamos habitualmente (en una dieta sana) es difícil tomarlos todos y en su justa medida cada día. Yo lo he notado un poco, pero soy deportista y como muy sano y limpio todos los días. En cambio, mis padres han tenido un cambio espectacular en energía, recuperación de dolencias y actividad física. Recomendables 100% para todo el mundo. Ahora voy a probarlos con mi abuela que está un poco pachucha y ¡seguro que le vienen genial!
