Lots of foam
It has a mild apple flavor, good dissolution, but it foams too much when you shake it in the shaker. I use it as a pre-workout, I've only been using it for a couple of days so I'm not sure if I'm noticing the recovery effect between sets.
Sabor manzana suave, buena disolución, pero hace demasiada espuma cuando lo agitas en el shaker. Lo uso como preentreno, solo llevo un par de días así que todavía no sé muy bien si noto el efecto recuperativo entre series.

I bought the neutral ones to use the purest but they become impossible to take, buy the apple flavor and another world, very good taste.

Amino acids good dissolution and flavor, I bought the apple flavor and it is quite good, what if there should be more flavors in the package of a kilo, otherwise all good, I hope it fulfills its function.
