Ideal for the skeleton.
Since I have been taking it, my knees have improved a lot. I have chondromalacia grade 3 (of 4), osteoarthritis and meniscus tear in both knees. I have undergone several treatments including plama shots and hyaluronic acid and nothing. Since I take magnesium I do not notice my knees. Great.
Desde que lo tomo han mejorado muchísimo mis rodillas. Tengo condromalacia grado 3 (de 4), artrosis y rotura de meniscos en las dos rodillas. He pasado por tratamientos varios incluso con pinchazos de plama y acido hialurónico y nada. Desde que tomo magnesio no noto mis rodillas. Estupendo.
