Good product, a little big tablet

Inexpensive, noticeable, absolutely necessary for a good rest.

I've been taking it for a while and it shows. At night 30 minutes before going to sleep and I rest much better. Excellent recovery if we train hard. Format in tablets much more convenient than powder. Highly recommended.

Llevo tomándolo un tiempo y se nota. Por las noches 30 min antes de dormir y descanso mucho mejor. Excelente recuperación si entrenamos duro. Formato en pastillas mucho más cómodo que en polvo. Muy recomendable.
