A little big but good

The tablets are a bit large, but I have been taking them for a while and they seem to have helped with the tiredness I was feeling.

Magnesium in one of its best bioavailable forms. Perfect at night before bedtime, during hot weather, or in cases of exhaustion or headaches.

A basic

Undoubtedly a basic product if you want to maintain a high performance. The decrease in muscle fatigue generated by intense sessions is very noticeable. I take between 400 and 600mg a day and the improvement is noticeable.

Sin duda producto básico si quieres mantener un rendimiento elevado. Se nota mucho la disminución de la fatiga muscular generada por sesiones intensas. Yo tomo entre 400 y 600mg al día y se nota la mejora.

i take it together with the multivitamin to rest better and reduce my stiffness with the creatine. in my mother's case it makes her hands not hurt. and my father doesn't have cramps. very top better than other magnesiums i have taken.
