I bought it for me and my wife and she hasn't been able to take any of them, she tried and couldn't. I'm not surprised, the pills are extremely large. If they make them in capsules or smaller size they would be perfect.

Hi Roberto, Each tablet provides 1290.5mg of magnesium citrate and although we try to compress it as much as possible it is not possible to develop smaller tablets with this dosage. You can opt for the powdered magnesium citrate option or for magnesium bisglycinate which is presented in vegetable capsules. Best regards.
