Good product

It is very good, it is an essential supplement, I buy it every 4 months but the only drawback is the large size of the pill. Although it can be split in half so it's not a big problem either.

Esta muy bien, es un suplemento imprescindible, yo lo compro cada 4 meses pero el único inconveniente es el tamaño tan grande de la pastilla. Aunque se puede partir por la mitad asi que tampoco es gran problema

Oversized tablets

I bought it for me and my wife and she hasn't been able to take any of them, she tried and couldn't. I'm not surprised, the pills are extremely large. The truth is that I am not surprised, the pills are extremely large, I do not know if they could not be made in a more friendly size but I will not be able to buy them anymore, every time I take one I have a hard time. If they make them in capsules or smaller size they would be perfect.

Lo compré para mí y mi mujer y ella no ha podido tomar ninguna, lo intentó y no pudo. La verdad es que no me extraña, las pastillas son extremadamente grandes, no sé si no se podrían hacer de un tamaño más amigable pero no voy a poder comprarlas más, cada vez que me tomo una las paso canutas. Si lo hacen en cápsulas o tamaño más pequeño serían perfectas.

Comfortable

More convenient than powder although it is a little more expensive. Tablets a little big but can be chewed to make smaller pieces in the mouth before swallowing, the taste is neutral and not unpleasant.

Más cómodo que en polvo aunque salga un poco más caro. Pastillas un poco grandes pero se pueden masticar para hacer trozos más pequeños en la boca antes de tragar, el sabor es neutro y no es desagradable.
