Good value for money

Citrate is a fairly good form, but what attracted me to it was its price and accessibility.

Huge tablet.

Price/quality ratio of the product: 10. Presentation: 1. I am sorry, but the only problem I see with the product is that it is very difficult to swallow at that size. It would be preferable to reduce the size and take 3 tablets instead of 2 while maintaining the price. And for the record, in general I am not in favor of taking too many tablets a day of a product but in this case I think it is essential.

Relación calidad precio del producto: 10. Presentación: 1. Lo siento, pero el único problema que le veo al producto es que es muy complicado de tragar con ese tamaño. Sería preferible disminuir el tamaño y tomar 3 tabletas en lugar de 2 manteniendo el precio. Y que conste que en general no soy partidario de hacer demasiadas tomas diarias de un producto pero en este caso me parece imprescindible.

Good.

Perfect

I just started taking it. At night I take it together with melatonin and I sleep like a dream. I haven't slept like that for a long time. Easy to swallow and tasteless. Perfect.

Acabo de empezar a tomarlo. Por la noche me lo tomo junto con la melatonina y duermo del tirón. Hacia tiempo que no dormía así. Fácil de tragar y no tienen sabor Perfectas

Excellent product

I am taking magnesium at night to help me sleep and it is giving me very good results. I take 2 grams an hour before going to bed and I have a deep and restful sleep. I highly recommend this product for its quality and price.

Good product

It is a very good product, and fulfills its function perfectly. If I had to put a downside is that they are somewhat difficult to treat, not so much for its size, if not for the little rounded edges, which tend to scratch the throat.

Es muy buen producto, y cumple su función a la perfección. Si tuviera que poner una pega es que son algo difíciles de tratar, no tanto por si tamaño, si no por lo poco redondeados de sus bordes, que suelen raspar la garganta.

Best magnesium if you don't need it for relaxation or sleep

Very good magnesium, in my opinion the best formula if you do not want it for relaxation or sleep (in that case it is better to take Bisglycinate). Like all Magnesium Citrates, you have to control that the dose does not produce laxative effects. Very good value for money, like all HSN products.

Muy buen magnesio, en mi opinion la mejor formula si no lo quieres para relajacion o dormir ( en ese caso mejor tomar Bisglicinato). Como todos los Citratos de Magnesio, hay que controlar que la dosis no te produzca efectos laxantes. Muy buena calidad-precio, como todos los productos de HSN
