Physical recovery

Effective for mild migraines
I have severe migraines, I have to be admitted to the hospital and they come in spurts, I was recommended to take magnesium citrate to try to reduce them and the truth is that it is working for me. Obviously it doesn't take them away completely, but I have had fewer and the ones I have had have been, I feel, even milder than before.
Yo tengo migrañas graves, de ingresarse en el hospital y me vienen por emporadas, me recomendaron tomar citrato de magnesio para intentar reducirlas y la verdad es que me está funcionando. Good product, poor presentation
The product is of very good quality but the tablets are very large and rough and this makes them very hard to swallow. Not suitable for children or people who are not used to swallowing large tablets.
