They are large tablets and I have a hard time taking them. I tried bisglycinate previously and liked it better because they were capsules. But still good.

Son pastillas grandes y me cuesta tomarlas. Probé anteriormente el bisglicinato y me gustó más porque eran cápsulas. Pero aún así bien.

I usually take magnesium glycinate but sometimes I take citrate if I need to regulate the intestinal transit so to speak, I prefer glycinate. Citrate is cheaper.

Normalmente tomo magnesio glicinato pero a veces tomo citrato si necesito regular el transito intestinal por así decir, prefiero glicinato. El citrato es más barato.
