The tablets are a bit large, but if you take them with food and liquid they go in better. I alternate with bisglycinate: one of citrate in the morning and one of bisglycinate in the evening, thus ensuring two forms of magnesium. It works well for me especially for cramps. Be careful to introduce magnesium little by little because it is a bit laxative.
Las pastillas son un poco grandes, pero si las tomas con comida y líquido entran mejor. Yo lo alterno con el bisglicinato: una de citrato por la mañana y una de bisglicinato por la noche, y así me aseguro dos formas de magnesio. A mí me va bien sobre todo para los calambres. Hay que tener precaución de introducir el magnesio poco a poco porque es un poco laxante.
