I consider that the size of the tablet or capsule is too large to be taken. They should reduce its size or present it in capsule form.

Considero que el tamaño de la tableta o cápsula es muy grande para ser tomada. Deberían reducir su tamaño o presentarla en capsula.

Very large capsules.

The pills are too big for my taste and I have to break them in half to swallow them. If they were in capsule form they would be easier to swallow. I will not buy them again.

Las pastillas para mi gusto son muy grandes y las tengo que partir a la mitad para poder tragarlas. Si fueran en forma de cápsulas sería mas fácil quizás su ingesta. No las volveré a comprar.

Quality but large

My legs were very tired and I didn't know what to do. I was recommended the magnesium citrate and it was wonderful, the feeling of tiredness went away and I improved the quality of my sleep. The only downside is the size, they are too big for me.

Tenía las piernas muy cansadas y ya no sabía que hacer. Me recomendaron el citrato de magnesio y fue de maravilla, se me fue la sensación de cansancio y mejoré la calidad del sueño. La única pega es el tamaño, que para mí son muy grandes.

Magnesium

This magnesium comes great to provide that extra of this micronutrient so essential especially in terms of rest and fatigue. I recognize that the tablets are somewhat large if it is too much inconvenience for some people better to opt for bisglycinate which are smaller capsules. Unbeatable price.

Esta magnesio viene genial para aportar ese extra de este micronutriente tan esencial sobre todo en tema de descanso y cansancio. Reconozco que las pastillas son algo grandes si es mucho inconveniente para algunas personas mejor optar por el bisglicinato que son capsulas mas pequeñas. Precio inmejorable.

It works

More convenient administration

With powders and scoops, taking the exact dose is more complicated than with pills.

Oversized tablets

I am not going to buy them again because I find them impossible to swallow. They have no film to make them easier to swallow so they are scratchy as they go down the throat and they are very very large. I think it would be nice to make them smaller.

No voy a volver a comprarlas porque me resulta imposible tragarlas. No tienen película para que sean más fácil de tragar por lo que van rascando al pasar por la garganta y son muy muy grandes. Creo que estaría bien hacerlas más pequeñas.
