Great value for money, I don't like the chocolate/cookie flavor as much as cappuccino or chocolate/hazelnut but they are really good, I recommend it.

If you want to gain clean weight without the sugars in the gainers, I recommend it. Oatmeal thickens the shakes a lot, I recommend mixing it with water, and it still tastes great!

A very convenient way to snack avoiding temptations. It is quite satiating as it contains carbohydrates and a high percentage of protein. The lemon flavor is very tasty. It dissolves well in cold water + a little milk.
