Every morning before going to the gym I drink it with milk and it is very very good, so much so that I always have to resist making another one. The flavor I got is chocolate and cookies. It dissolves great and to top it off I like to add a spoonful of peanut butter which also usually dissolves without problems. It gives me enough energy to get me through my workout at 6 am without having had any breakfast besides the shake.

Surprisingly (for the better) a great dissolution despite having oats, a very good digestion, it is not heavy at all. I would improve the taste, in my case, Italian cappuccino, it does not taste too much like cappuccino, it is rather bland with an aftertaste of cappuccino but very very soft.
