Combination with green coffee beans
I take it in combination with ground green coffee beans. The taste is TOO strong for me so I make myself homemade capsules size 1 with the mixture of both and I actually find the combination to be a great thermogenic burner and helps me sweat more on my workouts and rest days, both separately and together even more so. I have not been able to take it outside of capsules, I would not be able to take the amount I take except I don't have to taste the extract with the capsules (recommended to try making homemade capsules).

El sabor es MUY fuerte para mi así que me hago cápsulas caseras tamaño 1 con la mezcla de ambos y la verdad me parece que la combinación es un gran quemador termogénico y me ayuda a sudar más en mis entrenamientos y días de descanso, ambos por separado y juntos más todavía. No lo he podido tomar fuera de cápsulas, no podría tomar la cantidad que tomo de no ser porque no tengo que saborear el extracto con las cápsulas (recomendado probar hacer cápsulas caseras).
