I've been taking it for about a month and I'm happy, but it doesn't come with a dispenser and the amount you have to take is very little so it's easy to overdose. The taste is strong but if you accompany it with milk or oat drink it is very good.
Llevo tomándolo un mes aproximadamente y estoy contento, pero no trae dosificador y la cantidad que hay que echar es muy poca por lo que es fácil pasarse de dosis. El sabor es fuerte pero si lo acompañas de leche o bebida de avena está muy bueno.

First time I try it in powdered form
I usually take it in capsules of this same brand, but this time I decided to try it in powder form and add it to the breakfast mix with coffee, and so far so good, I'm alternating it with matcha powder as well.
