Indispensable for the keto diet

I am using it for my keto recipes since for some of them I asked for xanthan gum and it is going to be one of my basics for a long time. it makes good consistency in recipes...if you try it you will repeat.

Very useful

This is my first time experimenting with this product. I find it very useful the fact that it does not require cooking to give consistency to the preparations. With very little quantity and very well mixed (it does require a mixer), it results in a very consistent texture.
