Fulfills its function

It fulfills its function of thickening the mixtures but leaves a sticky taste on the palate that I don't like. I use it very little for that reason but it works very well and does not add flavor to the mixture.

Cumple su función de espesar las mezclas pero deja un sabor en el paladar como pegajoso que no me termina de gusta. Lo uso poco por eso pero funciona muy bien y no aporta sabor a la mezcla.

I'm still experimenting with recipes, but it thickens a lot. Of course, it's better to use a blender because it thickens super fast and without lumps.

Aún estoy experimentando con recetas, pero espesa muchísimo. Eso sí, es mejor meter batidora porque así espesa súper rápido y sin grumos.

Totally effective.

It has been a long time, years, since I bought a single jar. Its thickening power is incredible and since you use such a small amount, it lasts a long time since you don't have to use it for everything. So, in the long run it is economical.

Hace mucho tiempo, años, que compré un solo bote. Su poder espesante es increíble y como se utiliza tan poquita cantidad pues dura muchísimo tiempo ya que no para todo hay que utilizarlo. Entonces, a la larga sale económico.
