Good thickener if you use the right dose because if you overdo it, it thickens too much and the texture is not pleasant. I use it to thicken fruit smoothies a bit.
Buen espesante si se usa la dosis adecuada ya que si te pasas se espesa mucho y la textura no es agradable. La uso para espesar un poco los batidos de fruta.

An excellent thickener, even when cold. However, a teaspoon is not enough to mix, you need a blender or at least a milk whisk otherwise lumps remain. You don't need to use a lot of it, so the price is very good.
Un ottimo addensante, anche a freddo. Non basta però un cucchiaino per mescolare, serve un frullatore o almeno un frustino monta-latte altrimenti restano i grumi. Non serve usarne tanto, quindi il prezzo è molto buono.
