Very practical powder for on-demand dosing. Very good thickener for my shakers. I use it to relieve my irritable bowels and it works very well. Forms a protective layer. Relieves constipation without irritation. Very filling and good hunger-suppressant effect that lasts all day. Creamy texture. Quality, price excellent HSN at the TOP and I remain very loyal to it.

An excellent option when you want to solidify more liquid mixtures and don't want to add flour or other additives. Excellent options for mousses or thickening sauces or milkshakes. I'm a fan. Fiber also helps with intestinal health, but beware that too much causes a lot of bloating.
