They are a little denser than the ones you can buy in the supermarket. You need to soak them for 1 or 2 minutes to soften them well, but otherwise they are excellent.

Accustomed to supermarket oatmeal I was expecting something like that (I bought it for price), and my surprise was when I tried it, it is very tender with a very good flavor, I mix it with flavoring for dairy proteins and it is a spectacle!
