Extremely fine. But they are taste. Just because I'm used to buying thick flakes and my taste or palate fits better doesn't mean it's good or right, in fact it's a positive post workout HC that also satiates a little bit.

I find them good for creating a good breakfast with either cow's milk or soy or rice milk oats. They facilitate intestinal transit in cases of low fiber intake.

I have tried many brands of oatmeal and they don't agree with me, the only one that works for me is this one. It doesn't have any special ingredient but I suppose that the quality of the grains will make it more digestible.
