Very practical
Perfect for a good breakfast with a good supply of HC and protein. I like to make them with milk instead of water. I prefer the neutral flavor because I add syrups, protein or peanut butter.

With a couple of eggs, beat the mixture and put it in the pan with a drop of oil so it doesn't stick. A good quick breakfast. You can add a little protein cream and it's perfect.

Good taste
It was the first time I bought them and they surprised me for good! It is difficult for me to find this kind of products with good taste, but I loved this (vanilla flavor). I usually eat them when I feel like something sweet or as a treat and the truth is that it is making my weight loss much more bearable. So great. I will buy it again for sure.
Era la primera vez que las compro y me han sorprendido para bien! Me resulta difícil encontrar este tipo de productos con buen sabor, pero esto me ha encantado (sabor vainilla). Surprisingly well
Well, they have surprised me for good. Good taste, I solve many breakfasts and snacks. Being a "dietary" product, it does not have much to envy to the usual pancakes. I just notice a little lack of sugar, but they are good.

Siempre he querido hacer tortitas y las caseras me salen mal, con esto lo meto en el shaker lo mezclo con agua y sartén super rápido, la verdad que cuajan bien, no se queman y son esponjosas si le pongo el pero de un poco sabor artificial, pero si no sabes hacer tortitas o no tienes tiempo con este preparado comerás tortitas
