Hsn makes life simple for us!
This kind of products make our life easier!! a little milk, pan and inside a nutritious breakfast or snack, delicious, with a load of macros SPECTACULAR, and at an unbeatable price! The preparation is very simple! and very designed for people who care a lot about the use of time with respect to their nutrition and care... I can do nothing but recommend it! The only thing I miss is that only one flavor, it limits the palatability ... a Chocolate would be great!

La preparación en simplísima! y muy diseñada para gente que cuida mucho el uso del tiempo respecto a su nutrición y cuidado.. no puedo hacer nada mas que recomendarlo! Lo único que hecho en falta es que un solo sabor, limita bastante la palatabilidad.. un Chocolate estaría genial!

My opinion is that you should not eat it alone, as you might find it too sweet. I mix it with egg whites, a little milk and oatmeal. This way it serves to sweeten your pancakes and add an extra supply of protein and healthy carbohydrates.
Mi opinión es que no lo comáis solo, ya que igual os parece demasiado dulce. Yo lo mezclo con claras, un poco de leche y avena. Así sirve para endulzar tus tortitas y meterle un aporte extra de proteínas e hidratos saludables.

Very good protein cakes, for me the vanilla flavor is excessive. Otherwise they are very good with milk instead of water, and should be left less than the 1.30 minutes indicated for them to be more fluffy.
