Good but lumpy.
It is fine, the texture is creamy, but in my case I never manage to dissolve the powder 100%. There are always lumps. I chose the Caribbean Vanilla flavor and in my opinion it is too soft, very faint vanilla and I can't find the cinnamon. If I repeat, I will choose another more intense flavor.
