Good taste

The vanilla flavor, mixed with plain nonfat yogurt and a little sweetener, is great and as part of dinner helps to satiate the appetite.

Sequential protein release

It is the first time I take a protein of this characteristic, I have dinner very early (6-7 pm) and I wanted to take one that would not make me hungry and I could get up to train in the morning on an empty stomach. The taste, it doesn't kill me, chocolate and caramel, very sweetened as I am used to unsweetened protein. I certainly woke up not hungry so it does the job.

Es la primera vez que tomo una proteína de esta característica, yo ceno muy pronto (6-7 pm) y quería tomar alguna que hiciera que no me entrara hambre y pudiera levantarme a entrenar por la mañana en ayunas. El sabor, no me mata, de chocolate y caramelo, muy edulcorado ya que estoy acostumbrada a la proteína sin edulcorantes. Desde luego me levanté sin hambre así que cumple su función.

Flavor a little more intense than vegetable proteins, acceptable vanilla flavor, I usually mix two different flavors.

Before going to sleep

I usually take it with fresh cheese shake (yogurt) and add some cereal. It leaves a feeling of being full, they are much denser than normal proteins.

I have ordered the chocolate and caramel, white chocolate and strawberry and snickerdoodle flavors and they are quite good, they taste better with water than with dairy and both options dissolve very well.
