It is the first time I take a protein of this characteristic, I have dinner very early (6-7 pm) and I wanted to take one that would not make me hungry and I could get up to train in the morning on an empty stomach. The taste, it doesn't kill me, chocolate and caramel, very sweetened as I am used to unsweetened protein. I certainly woke up not hungry so it does the job.
