I was going to wait 1 month to post a review, but 2 weeks was enough to see the effectiveness of inositol on someone like me with PCOS. I was getting pimples on my chin again after taking isotretinoin and was desperate, I discovered this and tried it. The best thing I have ever done, every day I would get a new one, and since I have been taking it they have stopped. As far as my period is concerned, I have yet to get my period, so I can't comment on that, but I bought it mainly for the acne, so it's working.
Me iba a esperar 1 mes para poner la reseña, pero con 2 semanas me ha bastado para ver la efectividad del inositol en alguien como yo con SOP. Estaban volviendo a salirme granos en la barbilla despues de haber tomado isotretinoina y estaba desesperada, descubri esto y probe. Lo mejor que he hecho, todos los dias me salia uno nuevo, y desde que lo tomo han parado de salirme. Respecto a la regla aun no me tiene que venir, asi que sobre eso no puedo opinar, pero lo compre sobre todo por el acne asi que esta cumpliendo.

Very pleased
It dissolves very well, even with cold water and with a small amount (like a cup of coffee). It has no taste, apart from the taste of the inositol itself (which is a bit sweet). I recently went on a trip and took some samples of inositol from another brand because they were in small sachets, but comparing them, I like HSN's inositol better for the reasons mentioned. It is still too early to talk about its effectiveness (in theory you have to take it for at least 3 months, I have been taking it for 1 month) but for the moment it seems to be quite promising, and I am happy with what I am seeing. What I would like is that there was a larger format, like 500 grams, because if you take it for PCOS (polycystic ovary) you need more than the recommended 1.5g.
Se disuelve muy bien, incluso con agua fría y con poca cantidad (como una tacita de café). No tiene ningún sabor, aparte del sabor que tiene el inositol en sí (que es un poco dulce). Hace nada me fui de viaje y me llevé unas muestras de inositol de otra marca porque iban en sobres pequeños, pero comparándolos, me gusta más el inositol de HSN por los motivos mencionados.
Todavía es pronto para hablar de su efectividad (en teoría hay que tomarlo durante mínimo 3 meses, yo llevo 1) pero de momento parece prometer bastante, y estoy contenta con lo que estoy viendo. Lo que sí me gustaría es que hubiese un formato más grande, como de 500 gramos, porque si lo tomas por SOP (ovario poliquístico) necesitas más del 1,5g recomendado.
