Easy digestion

In my case it is easy to digest. It is cheaper in this format than in capsules. It has helped me a lot with my acne. It has no taste, but it does have a certain sweet-neutral taste.

I put it in my coffee in the morning along with the collagen powder. It is a little sweet and tastes good. Inositol in menopause is most useful for controlling metabolism, cholesterol, glucose and mood.
