I made an omelet with cheese and the taste was as if it had been made with fresh eggs, it is also very better for camping because of its transport, excellent purchase.

Useful for baking recipes

Egg powder works well when mixed with other ingredients in baking recipes (cakes, pancakes), but not so well when consumed alone. I have tried reconstituting it with different proportions of water, and have not been able to get it to set properly for a French omelet. The flavor and aroma are not very reminiscent of fresh eggs either. I hope to get the hang of it a little better. Very fast shipping, and very good customer service.

El huevo en polvo funciona bien al mezclarlo con otros ingredientes en recetas de repostería (bizcochos, crepes), pero no tanto al consumirlo solo. He intentado reconstituirlo con distintas proporciones de agua, y no he conseguido que cuaje correctamente para una tortilla francesa. El sabor y aroma tampoco recuerdan demasiado al del huevo fresco. Espero llegar a cogerle el punto algo mejor. El envío rapidísimo, y la atención al cliente muy buena

Very good product and very practical

I had already bought the powdered egg whites from HSN and wanted to try the egg. At the beginning I had a hard time getting the hang of cooking it. It is very useful and practical, you don't have to be aware of the expiration date, you can use it both for diets and for baking. The flavor is very similar to that of natural eggs.

Ya había comprado las claras en polvo de HSN y quería probar el huevo. Al principio me costó cogerle un poco el punto para cocinarlo. Es muy útil y práctico, no tienes que estar pendiente de la caducidad, puedes usarlo tanto para dietas como para repostería. El sabor es muy parecido al del huevo natural.
