Egg reserves at any time

Excellent!

Egg powder is great for use in cooking recipes just like fresh eggs, however its durability and ease of storage surpasses it ! I recommend it!

Complement in kitchen

I use it as a complement in cooking, to add to some cake, to make batter without wasting a whole egg. Obviously the taste is not the same but it is useful for me.
